A Marketing & Booking Website built with Flamelink, Firebase & React.

When developer Călin Cara was approached to build a website to promote guided mountain bike, hiking and skiing tours in Transylvania, Romania, he jumped at the opportunity to build the site in React and Firebase. He’d been using Firebase as part of his career development courses, so it was a great opportunity for him to apply this knowledge on a real-world project.

THE CHALLENGE:

Since his client was not a developer himself, and would need an interface to frequently manage content in Firebase, Călin knew he needed to find a solution that seamlessly integrated with Firebase to write, save and delete content in the Firebase database.

THE SOLUTION:

That’s when Călin found Flamelink, the Firebase CMS. With no coding experience, Călin’s non-developer client was easily on-boarded and found Flamelink to be pretty intuitive in what it does and how it works. This meant that once Călin showed his client what to do, he was able to run with it, making weekly content updates all by himself he was able to run with it with little to no input from Călin.

THE RESULT:

Flamelink gave Călin and his RideNow client an interface for any user (regardless of computer/technical experience) to manage content in Firebase. Călin found it really easy to set up and use and the best part of all, gave his client the ability to add and manage content all by themselves.
